  I am a life-long resident of the Georgetown, Round Rock, and Sun City areas, who comes from a real estate family, with my grandfather Ed Maxey having started the first real estate company in Round Rock nearly 70 years ago. Having grown up and raised my own family here, I have watched it change over the years while still maintaining that special charm that has kept me here for so long and still continues to draw new residents every day. My goal now is to help others enjoy the magic of living or owning property in such a warm, special place.

I also worked in the public school systems in Georgetown and Round Rock for 30 years, providing me with valuable insight and knowledge about the award-winning schools in this region. More recently, I worked for 9 years in international marketing, acquiring negotiating skills and the ability to generate leads.

Richard Cones

Besides residential properties, I also assist in the buying and selling of commercial properties and land. My husband and business partner Richard Cones assists me by providing a CMA (comparative market analysis). Together, we ensure that you receive top dollar when selling, and that you do not pay above market value when buying, a new property or home. Richard serves as a Valuation Consultant and brings to the table the following set of skills:

* State Certified Commercial and Residential Real Estate Appraiser

  Richard has also earned the prestigious designation of SRPA (Senior Real Property Appraiser) through the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. This organization has since merged with the Appraisal Institute.

*Richard has approximately 25 years of appraisal experience.

*Richard has appraised numerous types of properties throughout the state of Texas.
